Epic is shutting down UT99, UT2003 and UT2004 Master Servers
On 14.12.2022 Epic announced, that they 'll turn off online services and servers for some older games, including the old Unreal Tournament ones on 24.01.2023. You can view the article here. But you can just switch the master server to OpenSpy to be safe. You only need to change some lines in the UT2003/UT2004 configuration. The master server provides a public list of online servers. All servers, hosted by the community, are not affected.
